We collect information you provide directly, including account details (such as email and profile name), profile or resume context, job descriptions or job links, generated drafts, application notes, and other content entered while using the service.
We also collect operational records such as authentication events, payment and billing records, and usage logs needed to run the product, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and understand product performance.
How we use information
We use your data to provide core features, process authentication, manage credits and payments, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We may also use aggregate or de-identified usage signals to measure feature performance and improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.
AI features and processing
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant inputs (such as your selected profile context and job details) may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate requested output. We share only the data needed to perform the feature you triggered.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated output before using it. Avoid submitting information you do not want processed by our service or its providers.
